4th CCGUnB Organizing Committee

November 28, 2018 – November 30, 2018

The aim of the UnB Congress of Accounting and Governance - CCGUnB is to provide a critical analysis to the academic community - researchers, professors, students - and society, promoting the debate about the direction and characteristics of accounting research in Brazil and the world, in its theoretical, methodological and empirical aspects as a way of stimulating the scientific production in the area.

The 4th edition of CCGUnB is scheduled for November 28, 29 and 30, 2018. The dates chosen repeat the pattern started in 2015, consolidating the event with a fixed calendar.

The 4th UnB Congress of Accounting and Governance should maintain the innovations presented in 2017 and introduce two new spaces for discussion: a congress of scientific initiation, allowing the participation of young researchers, and a space for thematic discussions guided by research groups registered in their institutions and recognized by CNPq.

With regard to invited speakers, four international researchers (two invited from North America and two from Europe) are expected to conduct the plenary sessions, a national speaker to deliver the keynote lecture, two national teachers for the workshops and four leaders of national research groups registered with CNPq.
The 4 th CCGUnB and 1 st CCGUnBIC has as its theme "Challenges and Prospects for Combating Fraud and Corruption".

Prof. Dr. Paulo Augusto Pettenuzzo de Britto
General Director of the 4 th CCGUnB and 1 st CCGUnBIC
